Uptime Guarantee

SiteUptime.comWe know how important uptime is, and how even small amounts of downtime can negatively impact our customers, which is why we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee on all hosting services.

If at any time we are unable to meet our uptime guarantee, you may request a service credit for up to 100% of your monthly hosting fees at a rate of 5% of your monthly fees for each hour of downtime outside our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Support Guarantee

We promise that you will receive a response from a live human (not an automated response) on any technical support issue you report to our helpdesk support system within 60 minutes.

While we can’t promise to resolve all issues in a specified time frame since every support issue requires a different solution, you can rest assured that we will put 100% effort into resolving all support issues in as little time as possible.

If you have not received a response in the specified amount of time, you may request a bill credit of $1 per ticket or incident up to 100% of your monthly hosting fee.
