What if I need more space and bandwidth?

If you need additional space and bandwidth, you can simply upgrade your
account to a higher plan. Upgrading your plan provides a much better
value than paying for more bandwidth and storage on the side.

Does Sprugo serve international clients?

Yes, absolutely. We have servers available in the US and the UK.

How long has Sprugo been in business?

Our company has been offering web hosting services since 2002.

Do you provide Windows Based hosting?

At this time, we do not currently offer windows based hosting. It is a solution that we are looking into possibly offering in the future.

Do you support MS FrontPage extensions?

Yes, MS Frontpage extensions can be enabled on all accounts at any time for free.

Does Sprugo require annual contracts?

All hosting packages do not require annual contracts. We do though offer multiple payment terms such as monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual contracts in order for the client to benefit from discounted rates and/or free additional services.

There are no penalty fees for “breaking” these contracts, but your fees will be recalculated at normal pricing should you decide to end your contract.

How long does it take to set up a new account?

When an order is submitted and successfully paid for, it goes through a series of fraud checks and is then automagically created within minutes. Please allow up to 12 hours for accounts to be setup if additional information or checks are needed. Custom solutions could take additional time as well. A Welcome email and additional information will emailed to as soon as the order has completed.

Does Sprugo offer free trials?

We do not offer free trials because of the high risk of users using these accounts for fraudulent use. We do however offer a money back guarantee of 30 days from the time of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with our services.

Do you have any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. We clearly state all fees and in most cases, we do not even have any setup fees. If a setup fee needs to be applied, it will be clearly stated and shown on your total during the ordering process.
